Rhythmic Gymnastics Center

Challenge

The design team had to defend the project with three facade options, and time was short. We had a SketchUp model of the building, a landscaping sketch and an old 3D model of the site.

Approach

We picked the viewpoints where the building's form reads best and set one visual style for the project. The building is monumental, so we added people and warmed the images up to keep it from looking lifeless.

Result

18 images in 10 days of work. The presentation went through.
