AI is one of our working tools, like a render engine or an image editor. This page says briefly where we use it, what happens to your materials and how to run a project without it.

Where we use AI

  • References and AI preview. At the start we show the light, season and mood of the future frames, so we agree on them before the final rendering.
  • Content made from the finished renders. Lifestyle scenes, new versions of frames and ad adaptations for social media. We hand this content over with the project as a bonus.
  • AI video. Short clips for ads and social media. We agree their scope in the brief.

How the renders are made

  • Geometry. Buildings, interiors and landscaping are built by 3D artists from your drawings and model.
  • Materials. Taken from your specification.
  • Checking. At the approval stage every frame is checked against the drawings and the brand book.

AI frames on the site and in the cases carry their own label, so they cannot be mistaken for renders.

Your data

  • Your drawings, models and renders are used only for your project.
  • If a step needs a third-party AI service, we tell you which one first and ask for your consent.
  • On request we sign an NDA before you send any materials.

Who is responsible for the result

The studio. If an AI element is wrong, we fix it as part of the work and do not bill for it separately.

How to opt out of AI

Say so in the brief or at any stage. References are then put together from photographs and selected images, and the social media versions are made by hand. If that changes the timeline, we tell you before the start.
