Process
Five stages. Two rounds of comments on previews and at approval, one on the clay renders. You always know what comes next and what a change costs.
Brief → Camera and composition → AI preview → Approval → FinalFive stages
Nothing moves to the next stage without your sign-off. Every stage ends with a file you can look at.
- Typical duration
- A series of ten renders: 2–3 weeks
- Video: about a week
- Digital design: 2–4 days
- The clock starts on the day we have the drawings and the materials.
- 01 / 05
Brief
- What we do
- Read the brief and every drawing: plans, sections, elevations, 3D model, materials, site plan.
- What you do
- Send the brief and the materials. Answer our questions.
- What you get
- Agreed scope, goals and timeline. One manager for the whole project.
- When
- Start of the project. Faster when the drawings are complete.
- 02 / 05
Camera and composition
- What we do
- Clay renders at 2500 px to pick the angles and the composition of every shot.
- What you do
- Pick the angles. One round of revisions included.
- What you get
- Approved cameras and composition for every shot.
- When
- First days. Clay renders without materials or post-production render fast.
- 03 / 05
AI preview
- What we do
- Build the scene: geometry, materials, light, people. AI helps to show the mood, the season and the light quickly.
- What you do
- Two rounds of comments included.
- What you get
- A preview of every shot at 2500 px, before the final rendering.
- When
- The longest stage: most of the timeline goes here.
- 04 / 05
Approval
- What we do
- Refine the images close to final. Check every frame against the drawings and the brand book.
- What you do
- Final check and sign-off.
- What you get
- Near-final images to approve.
- When
- Short: after your comments, straight to sign-off.
- 05 / 05
Final
- What we do
- Render with post-production. Cut the video. Pack the source files.
- What you do
- Receive the files. Launch.
- What you get
- 5000 px images, video cuts, source files in the agreed formats.
- When
- Closes the project: final render, then delivery.

Approval rules
Rounds of comments and changes are counted the same way on every project.
Two rounds on previews and approval
Two rounds of comments on previews and at approval. One round on clay renders: they exist only to pick the angle.
Third round and changed inputs
A third round of comments on any stage. Rework caused by new input data. You see the price of that work before we start.
A change means new input data
New or updated drawings after the brief. A different model, materials or colours. New angles after the cameras are approved. Comments inside the approved scope are not changes.
What we need from you
Send what you have. Below is the full set: the more of it arrives on day one, the shorter the brief stage.
Brief
Goals, audience, where the images go, deadline.
Drawings
Floor plans, sections, elevations. PDF or DWG.
3D model
If there is one. If not, we model from the drawings.
Materials and colours
Specs, samples or references for facades and interiors.
Site plan
Context, landscaping, roads, neighbours.
Brand
Guidelines, if the images go into a campaign.
