This page explains what happens to the data you leave on this site. It covers the lead form and the analytics, because that is all the site collects.

Who processes your data

Decade Visual, a visual production studio based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. For visitors from the European Union the GDPR applies. Contact: hello@decadevisual.com.

What the form collects and why

The "Discuss a project" form asks for:

  • name, company and one contact (email, phone or Telegram) – to reply to you;
  • project type, timeline, a link to materials and a message – to answer with the right questions and an estimate.

We process this to act on your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f)). The checkbox under the form confirms that you have read this page.

Where it goes

The site itself stores nothing. Your message is delivered to three places:

  • our mailbox, sent through Resend, an email delivery service;
  • our Telegram work chat;
  • our CRM, where the request is tracked as a lead.

Spam protection on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that the request comes from a person and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

How long we keep it

While we discuss or run your project, and up to 12 months after the last contact. Requests that do not become a project are deleted after that. Write to us and we delete yours earlier.

Analytics and cookies

The site sets no analytics cookies until you agree. With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika to see how the site is used. Your choice is stored in your browser; clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Fonts are served from our own domain. Third-party requests happen only on the form (Turnstile), when you play a Vimeo video on a case page, and after you accept analytics.

Transfers outside the EU

Our team works from Almaty, and the email, Telegram and CRM services run on servers that may be outside the European Union. Your request can therefore leave the EU. We keep it to what the reply needs.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or hand it over in a portable format. Write to hello@decadevisual.com; we answer within a month. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
