We read the project like architects.We shoot it like marketers.

Semyon Spitchenko and Bogdan Kuzmin founded the studio in 2020. Both had worked as visualizers in studios and for developers, so we start with the drawings and see early which angles will sell.

Each frame is made for the place where people will see it: the website, the sales office, outdoor ads, social media. One scene gives the renders, the film and the content for the whole sales period.

You do not have to find a new contractor for every phase: one manager and one team run the project from the launch to the last phase.

With the founders work an art director and a team of 3D artists. One manager runs the whole project: brief, production, handover of the files.

Semyon Spitchenko
Founder
Graduated from UrFU in 2016 and went straight into visualization: the Nautilus studio, ARCHINFORM, then five years at R1, where he grew from a junior position.
At R1 he was the first to make visualization for sales: project images started going onto developers' websites and into their ads. The bureau did not build on it, so Semyon and Bogdan opened Decade Visual to do exactly that.
Bogdan Kuzmin
Founder
Opened 3ds Max at sixteen and had his first interior commissions a couple of months later. By eighteen his portfolio held several residential projects and a co-authored restaurant.
Took a master's at the Academy of Construction and Architecture in Simferopol, rendering other students' diploma projects from his first year. Between 2021 and 2023 he grew freelance work into a studio with contractors and a written process, then joined Semyon in Decade Visual.
