Coastal Light Residence

Challenge

Present a four-storey villa in an upscale part of Australia. The architecture is contemporary, with measured proportions. The house had to look expensive and calm at the same time, without any show.

Approach

The scenes are built around the facade materials: natural stone, wood and glass in bright sun, with warm shadows. The terraces are open in the frame, so you see the house from inside and what is outside it. In the pool shot we added a figure by the water with an AI pass.

Result

A series of renders from the street facade to the bedroom and the pool terrace, by day and in the evening.
