Challenge
Show a residential district as calm and welcoming, with different scenes of everyday life: a walk in the park, a family evening, a neighbourhood celebration.
Approach
We built street and courtyard scenes in autumn light and kept the modern architecture in every frame, so the client could show the district to future owners.
Result
Six exterior renders for the district's sales presentation.
