A revision stays inside the approved materials: move the camera, swap a material from your own spec, change the time of day. A change is new input data after sign-off: different plans, a different facade, a different site plan, new brand colours. Changes are re-quoted, revisions are not.

The brief and the documentation: plans, sections and elevations in PDF or DWG, the 3D model if there is one, material and colour specs, the site plan. If something is missing, say so – we start with the concept and close the gaps together.

It is the normal situation, which is why the protocol exists. We fix the sign-off date at every stage and ask up front who approves and who can block. If your side is late with an answer, the date moves by the same amount and we say so immediately.

Your materials are used only for your project. We sign an NDA on request, and the details are on the AI policy page.

You use the final images and videos in the project's marketing; the terms are in the contract. The 3D scene stays with the studio. We show the work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.

The Final stage includes source files in the formats we agree in the brief: 5000 px images, video cuts, layered files where agreed. Name the formats you need up front, it saves a round of questions.

Yes, before we receive any materials. Under an NDA the project stays out of the portfolio until you allow it.
